⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Service from Rita! I had such a wonderful experience at CAVA in Highland Village, and a big reason was the incredible service from Rita, the manager. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect—from greeting us warmly to making sure our order was exactly right. Rita was attentive, kind, and genuinely cared about creating a great experience for everyone in the restaurant. You can tell she leads her team well because the entire atmosphere felt welcoming, organized, and positive. It’s rare to see this level of customer service, and it truly made our visit memorable. Thank you, Rita, for your professionalism and kindness. 😃
Always love coming to this location! Staff is friendly and food is fresh. They’re generous on serving sizes, too, which is nice. Most of all I enjoy getting to know the staff over time. Rita is so customer oriented and fun to talk to; she just sparkles. I’ll keep coming back here for the good food and the friendly environment!

Food was amazing as always but everyone was smiling and friendly. And I really appreciate Rita being patient with me and helpful with suggestions when I had trouble deciding what all I wanted in my bowl. The people are always so friendly.

I am so amazed at how good this meal was. The food is delicious beyond anything I have ever tasted for a long time. My favorite is Mediterranean, so this is right up my alley, but again beyond what I expected. Not only is the food great, but so is the atmosphere and service. I was immediately helped by Sara and with it being my first time trying she helped me out with choosing a meal that was right for me and my tastebuds. Presley was also very helpful and I am grateful for them and putting up with my decision making and oh let me not forget this. Those fried pitas were the best thing EVER. I was on the way home thinking about them and ate some in the car lol. On the way out I talked to the general manager and she was so nice as well, her name was Dejuana and all together they make that place great and you can tell they are all working very hard to keep the people satisfied and the place up to par. The homemade drinks were good which I found out from the GM on the way out they make them fresh daily. I am so glad I found this place, definitely going to be my number 1 go to. I went and dined in and there was so much left over because it is well portioned.

I absolutely love cava and the service is impeccable. The food is always fresh and the staff is always friendly, if you ever get a chance to talk with Rita do so she’s the best!
My husband and I are regulars here because of the flavorful menu and healthy ingredients. We love the build your own bowl and the harissa avocado bowl. Another reason why we keep coming back to Cava is their employee Rita, who always remembers us by name and our order. Rita’s Hospitality is top notch!
First time trying and loved it, food was so fresh and Kevin was such a great server, he has an amazing attitude and work ethic! Ate with my mom as a post-workout meal and she loved it we will come back!
